The great advantage of classes at Alresford Pilates is they are small which ensures they take great care with each individual student – Alresford Pilates is an oasis of calm in my week – and that hour just flies by.


I feel energised  after a session. The class is friendly, supportive and Sally is an exceptional teacher who is constantly aware of everyone's capabilities and level of working.


At 76 years old I felt that I would be the oldest person in the class. How wrong I was, the class was of mixed ages and all seemed to have different reasons for joining. The teachers at Alresford Pilates were both welcoming and helpful, gently easing me in.
