The majority of our classes fall into this category, Pilates experience essential and exercises taught with differing levels of challenge.

Improvers:

Above a beginners level these sessions are ideal for clients who are less experienced but are now progressing with their Pilates.

Getting Started: Beginners Workshop or Introductory Private ‘1 to 1’ Sessions – essential for all newcomers to Alresford Pilates to complete before joining a regular weekly session – please contact us to make arrangements.

Fees: Payable half termly in advance (usually 6/7 weeks). Fees are non refundable once paid but we do operate a ‘swap system’ so if you let us know in advance about missing a class we can offer a ‘make up’ session at a later date.

Clothing: We do Pilates in socks or bare feet. Comfortable non-baggy clothes are ideal so your posture and alignment can be easily observed.
